New Tricks

Carson is a growing toddler who has new tricks everyday. He is quite an independent toddler who I cant believe is almost two. No longer my baby boy! He talks from the time he wakes up with: "Mommy, Mommy where are you, Daddy Daddy, where are you" "Good Morning toys, Good Morning Baby Jesus" to when he goes to bed with his prayers. To hear a toddler say prayers for everyone in his family (plus the dogs and cats) and his friends at daycare is enough to melt my heart.

He is also busy climbing on anything, throwing everything and anything, playing with his cars, tractors and trucks. He is trying to be a big boy with drinking out of a big boy cup and attempting the big boy potty. He has done they potty thing a few times at home and attempts daily at daycare....well see...I think this one may be a LONG process! When we ask him to try to the big boy potty his response is "No, all done". We also now have a new object in our home, The Timeout Rug! This mommy is sick of the walls getting dents from cars being thrown in every direction. We have a strong willed little boy with his Bassett Stubbornness!
